Every workplace has potential. This year, Sketch Studios has continued to help clients find it.

The past 12 months have been a meaningful step forward for us. We’ve built new client relationships, strengthened existing ones, and stayed closely connected to the market around us. Alongside that, we’ve taken a more honest look at how we work, especially when it comes to sustainability. It’s been a year of questioning, refining, and improving. From the way we design to how we select and work with our supply chain, we’ve challenged ourselves to do better.

As a B Corp-certified business, that responsibility sits at the heart of what we do. We’re embedding more considered procurement, thinking more circularly, and holding ourselves accountable in a way that’s practical and measurable. It hasn’t been about big statements, but steady progress. A year of building, adjusting, and moving forward while staying focused on what Sketch does best.

This progress is also part of a wider story across Fourfront Group. In FY25/26, the Group delivered one of its strongest years to date, reaching £174.4m in total sales. At the recent Fourfront Group Conference, CEO Gary Chandler described it as a year of being “bold and brave”, with new investment, fresh leadership and a stronger emphasis on clients, delivery, and growth.

For Sketch, that creates a strong platform. But the real story is still about people, relationships, and ideas, and how furniture plays a part in shaping better places to work.

New Clients, Wider Conversations

This year, growing our client base has been a real highlight. We’ve had the chance to work with a mix of global organisations, fast-growing brands and clients rethinking how their spaces support their people.

Every brief is different, but our approach stays the same. It’s practical, creative, and grounded in how people actually use spaces day to day.

It also reinforces something we’ve always believed. Furniture isn’t just the finishing touch. The right choices shape how a space feels, how people move through it, how teams connect, and how a brand shows up in everyday moments.

Sustainability with Purpose

Sustainability remains a central focus for Sketch, with a growing emphasis on action, accountability, and continuous improvement.

As a B Corp-certified business, we work to clear standards of ethics, transparency, and environmental responsibility. Over the past year, we have continued to strengthen how we approach specification, with greater focus on responsible material choices, reuse and circularity, and a clearer view of long-term value for our clients.

We do not see this as a fixed position, but as something that should keep evolving. We continue to challenge ourselves, along with our partners and supply chain, to do better, reduce impact and deliver more meaningful outcomes over time. This includes the development of a new platform focused on sustainable thinking and circularity in furniture, which will be launching soon.

Part of a Stronger Group

Being part of Fourfront Group continues to strengthen what we do.

The Group’s ongoing investment in people, structure and delivery has created a more connected way of working across its brands. For Sketch, this creates greater opportunity to contribute our furniture expertise to wider workplace conversations, from early strategy and design through to delivery, furnishing and long-term support.

Furniture is where a workplace really comes to life. It’s where design meets day-to-day use, and where comfort, focus, collaboration, and brand all come together to support how people feel and work each day.

Looking Ahead

The year ahead is about building on this momentum.

For Sketch, that means continuing to grow our presence, strengthening relationships across the A&D and project management community, and bringing fresh thinking into every client conversation. It also means raising the bar on sustainability, making sure that as we grow, we do so with more clarity, responsibility, and impact.

We’re proud to play our part in Fourfront Group’s wider ambition to be the leading globally connected workplace partner of choice.
