- Sustainability: Preference is given to B Corp, FSC-certified, or ISO 14001-accredited manufacturers.
- Circularity: We prioritise suppliers offering take-back schemes, refurbished products and low-carbon manufacturing.
- Locality: Where possible, we specify UK-made products to reduce shipping emissions and support local business.

Industry EcoConnect is our internal platform for assessing and selecting supply partners.
It includes:
- Regular factory visits to verify working conditions and processes
- Detailed supplier questionnaires and scoring tools
- A central database of product accreditations and lifecycle information
- Collaboration with partners on material innovation and circular schemes
This approach ensures that the suppliers we work with are not just compliant – but committed.
Low-Carbon Logistics
Sourcing sustainably is only part of the story. We also reduce the footprint of how products reach site.
Our logistics approach includes:
- Consolidated delivery schedules to reduce vehicle movements
- Electric or hybrid vehicles for delivery where possible
- Warehousing powered by renewable energy
- Close coordination to minimise storage time and double-handling
