Furniture with Purpose
One of our longest-standing partnerships is with RAW Workshop – a social enterprise with a powerful mission.
Raw provide employment and training for people overcoming homelessness, addiction, criminal records, and mental health challenges.
By working with RAW, our projects directly support employment, skills, and stability for people who have been excluded from the system – while giving reclaimed materials a second life.
- 50,000+ hours of social impact work delivered
- 700+ tonnes of wood reclaimed from waste streams
- Apprenticeships and accredited training provided
We’ve partnered with RAW on projects that have built bespoke benches from reclaimed timber, refurbished outdoor furniture for reuse, hosted community events such as litter picks and planting days, and added measurable social value to client projects
AMS Foundation
Furniture That Finds a New Home
The AMS Foundation helps us ensure that no surplus furniture goes to waste. Instead, it goes to schools, charities, and community groups who need it most.
- We’ve donated over 700 items to date
- Supported over 35 charities and community causes
- Saved over 146,000 kg of CO2 emissions by rehoming rather than landfilling
From desks and chairs to lamps and storage, every piece that’s no longer needed on a project is logged, assessed, and handed over for a second life through AMS’s donation network.

Through Industry EcoConnect and our B Corp supplier network, we work with manufacturers who share verified environmental credentials, operate fair and inclusive workplaces, and run circular schemes such as buy-back and lifetime guarantees.
