International construction consultants, Turner & Townsend (T&T), moved from their office in Savoy Court to a new, open-plan space in the City.

Previously the workforce were split over 4 floors; T&T’s new office in One New Change allowed for all employees to work together on 1 floor plate. Sketch worked alongside BDG to procure and install furniture for the project.

Sketch supplied furniture for the client-facing meeting suite, collaborative areas including Town Hall space, break-out area and café. The Town Hall is now flexible, using flip tables and moveable items.

Sketch managed the move, relocating 1000 employees and moving furniture from the original building to regional offices.

Logistics were complex, as restrictions from the nearby Savoy Hotel required the move out to occur after 11pm. Access in One New Change meant the move in could only take place at weekends.
